Work Description:
Relationship Management:
Created an excellent working relationship between NSC and GDRC (China SOE) that was previously turned bad by the predecessor.
Established extremely good relationships with the Tax Dept, FOREX Dept, Banks, City & Provincial Governments and Chinese Conglomerates; managing all business and political roles.
Key responsibilities:
All financial operations of the companies and all financial reports and others in accordance with NSC Corp requirements.
All treasury duties and Taxations matters -Seconded to Guiyang with occasional travels to several other factories for audit and other financial operations requirements.
I am also in charge of MIS of the organization with the direction of implementations of ERP and its controls. I have also experienced QAD ERP and probe into several other ERPs software here in China.
