    Objective and Resume Summary:
    Dear Sir or Madam:

    As you will see from my CV, I have been in managerial position in my previous job; I was responsible for managing a residential home with seven service-users and 25 staff. I have worked closely with staffs and have been able to identify problems before they affect the service we were delivering to our service-users.

    Since I have joined Hydra in April 2007, I have proved that I can adapt to changes and although Payroll was a new experience, I have proved myself to be a quick learner with the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. I have good communication skills, which I have developed in my previous job in dealing with social services, and also over the last six months in dealing with the consultants and clients at present. In my previous job, we were in the service business and our clients were social services in the UK which were very demanding and we were constantly asking to prove that the service we were offering to the service users were the same as outlined in the care plan which prove that I can work in a highly customer-oriented environment.

    I have proven myself in organizing trainings for new comers and existing staffs. Once the staffs were trained we are able to meet our deadlines and deliver excellent service in my present job. I am very comfortable with IT. In my present job, I started as a Payroll Administrator and within six months I was promoted to Payroll Specialist. I was responsible for a port folio of 6 clients (a total of 400 payslips per week). After 7 months as Payroll Specialist, I was promoted to Team leader of payroll administrator (team of 12 payroll administrators) team. My job was to make sure that there is enough resource to process all the payroll inputs.

    In my present job, there are 3 teams and there are 3 team leaders, every 6 months, the team leader have to rotate from one team to another. I am currently leading the Payroll Specialist team.
