     Establishing strategic cost management systems / techniques for monitoring various direct costs and overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations.
     Preparing cash flow and funds flow statements to monitor the inflow & outflow of funds and ensuring optimum utilisation of available funds in line with corporate goals.
     Taking adequate measures to ensure that timely payments are made to creditors & received from debtors.

    Accounts Payable / Receivable
     Experience in Accounts payable and receivable for the past 4 years including reconciliation thereof. Also handled cash bank transactions BRS Etc.

     Coordinating in excise audits as required under the Central Excise Act involving submission of necessary data and ERI returns with Excise department.

    System Development / MIS
     Managing the implementation and functioning of systems & software for smooth functioning of various operations across the organisation.
     Supervising the preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz., fund management, credit control, profitability, etc.
     Compiling and preparing cost and performance reports, cost benefit analysis and variance analysis of cost reports; recommending necessary corrective actions.
