I intend of gaining employment within your preferably in Administrative Support section .Ideally, I would like to be considered for an administrative departmental assistance position as my previous experience has been at managerial and departmental levels of assistance.
To date I have been employed as an administrative assistant with various local sectors and international oil and gas companies in Algeria, I have been working within a multi-lingual and multi-cultulural environments .My duties range mainly from general administration, HR related matters, translation and interpretation to support for safety, security and HSE concerns. Indeed I am in charge of HSE department’s administrative matters, I have been previously a safety supervisor within a major gas company, I am responsible for gate pass control, security guards supervision, establishment of ID’s for employees and visitors, ID access delivery, control and scheduling.
During my employment in the oil industry, I successfully completed a safety HSE Certificate and mastered a new technical language, which has proved to be hugely beneficial to my career. As the HSE Head of department’s assistant, I have demonstrated a high ability to set goals and complete my duties in a timely and thorough manner.

Position: Administrative Assistant to HSE Department.
Scope of duties performed :
Administrative:
Performs secretarial duties for key executives and /or other key administrative positions, which includes typing special projects, statistical reports and correspondence.
Represents the Department through drafting correspondence, telephone and personal contact in and out of the office. Setup all travel arrangements.
Maintain an office filing system which includes hard copy and electronic filing system. Organize systems for tracking large volumes of paper flow. Maintain Manager’s calendar of events, arrange schedules and meetings. Prepare and maintain Manager’s reports. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Setup accommodation and necessary arrangements for company visitors.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, emailing, faxing, mailing, and filing. Sign for UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
Coordinate project-based work. Performs other related duties as and when required
HR:
Perform administrative functions with wide latitude for exercising discretion and judgment in support of human resources department: paycheck, timesheets check preparation, documenting timesheets, staff schedule development, division safety alerts editing and formatting, typing of proposals, presentations. Planning and Coordinating: assisting with problems and planning events / meetings. Provided support and supervision to department’s staff. Liaise with local authorities, and being in charge of all HR related matters Personnel’s departure lists, field flight, Bookings, time sheets establishment, personnel rotational planning, etc….)
HSE/ Security:
Member/secretary/reporter of the Hygiene and Safety Commission: mainly in charge of HSE related administrative
matters, hygienic inspections, quality, control of food, kitchens, cold rooms, environment protection, buildings,
Accommodations, cleaning and safety review / member of fire warden team.
Organizing operational health’s medical visits for department’s personnel, safety induction tours for new employees, supervising security guards working, and shift schedules.
In charge of establishing ID (badges), access authorizations for vehicles and personnel, managing security guards teams, access delivery and scheduling to CPF and bases, CCTV control, managing intrusion detection system , vehicle tracking (being adopted) ,A attending official meetings, general including a wide range of duties. Access cards programming using NexSentry managing system.
