    I am looking for a supervision and or managerial position in IT sphere (like IT Manager/Service Desk Supervisor/Team Leader) in a multi-cultural organisation with a good social benefit package and training opportunities.

    I had been heading an IT department for the last 5 years on a world scale oil and gas development project implemented in Azerbaijan. In overall I have 14 years of work experience in one of the leading engineering companies of the world on various positions and gained a broad range of skills.

    Job title- IT Programme Manager - for ACG and Shah Deniz oil and gas export Projects in Azerbaijan
    Duties and responsibilities:
    •Identify and deliver new IT opportunities to benefit the Project within time, cost and Quality values.(more than 250 users)
    •Develop & Manage the IT asset delivery and demobilisation plan for the Project
    •Manage integrity of IT infrastructure used by the project, (i.e. disk space requirements, IT security, Server backups ).
    •Ensure IT service continuity by implementing High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategy.
    •Ensure Service Lines / Third Parties deliver to the agreed service levels required by the project and escalate as necessary Providing IT Service Continuity, Problem and Incident Management due to ITIL requirement.
    •Managing software and hardware invoicing/billing to the Client
    •Customer service management
    •Coordination of Caspian Projects Help Desk Activities that is responsible for all IT requests for Baku, London, Moscow offices of KBR
    •Managing project data integrity
    •Coordinate and manage the Service lines for delivery of all data, voice and printing requirements to the Project
    •Communicate IT requests and changes across the project.- All significant changes that can affect to the Project (e.g. Software upgrade, security upgrade, application performance issues) are being communicated across the Project via email distribution
    •Developing and updating the project software register
    •Managing Desktop Support group workload by using Peregrine software like Global Service System (GSS)
    •Purchasing of IT equipments, consumables (toners, cartridges, HDDs etc)
    •Contacting with IT vendors in country for quotation of IT goods for the Project needs
    •Interface with Project Management team and Project Leads for all IT requirements / issues, and act as point of escalation Management of requests logging into Global Service System
    •Review and approval of new IT Projects
    •Planning and approval of goals and objectives of IT department for the next business period
    •Control over IT expenses and financial focus for cost saving and IT billing.
    •Reporting on IT Service Level Agreement quality to upper management

    •IT support to engineering and non-engineering staff
    •Prepare service level reports for senior management
    •IT support on construction site offices with 60 and 130 users
    •Installation, repairing and solving Microsoft and other vendor (including engineering and non-engineering) application problems

    Job title - Senior Government Relations Representative
    Duties and responsibilities:
    •Developed a strategy of working with Regulatory and Government Authorities of Azerbaijan for the Azerbaijan International Operating Company’s (AIOC) Full Field Development Phase 1, Phase 2 and BP’s (British Petroleum) Shah Deniz Gas Export Projects based in London.
    •Contributed in development of a Project Execution Plan and a Decision Support Package documents for obtaining shareholders’ project sanction approval .
    •Handle QA/QC issues, conduct internal audits, developed Project Office Handbook.
    •Issue internal audit reports, CARS, OBS follow up and close-out.
    •Developed Compliance Management Strategy for the Project
    •Obtain necessary permits and approvals for the project performance.
    •Co-ordination of business activities between Contractor, Subcontractor and the Client offices.
    •Analysis and advise BP (British Petroleum) and KBR on local legal requirements in offshore developments and regulatory issues.
    •Business correspondence on behalf of the Project Management with the local Government and Regulatory Agencies.
    •Arranging meetings with the heads of Regulatory Agencies of Azerbaijan and with the various Ministries (e.g. Cabinet of Ministers, Ministry of Fuel and Energy etc) and British Petroleum

    Job title- Interpreter/Translator and Permits Co-ordinator on AIOC’s Early Oil Project
    Duties and responsibilities:
    •onshore export pipeline land acquisition along the Northern and Western Routes from Azerbaijan to Russian and Georgian ports.
    •Interface with local Government Bodies including, Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs etc.
    •Obtaining pipeline design and construction permits and approvals
    •Co-ordination of the project execution with the rural administrative offices along the pipeline ROW and the project office.
    •translating technical and non-technical documents and interpreting meetings.
    •co-ordinating Regulatory Affairs Department Activity
