Job title- IT Programme Manager - for ACG and Shah Deniz oil and gas export Projects in Azerbaijan
Duties and responsibilities:
•Identify and deliver new IT opportunities to benefit the Project within time, cost and Quality values.(more than 250 users)
•Develop & Manage the IT asset delivery and demobilisation plan for the Project
•Manage integrity of IT infrastructure used by the project, (i.e. disk space requirements, IT security, Server backups ).
•Ensure IT service continuity by implementing High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategy.
•Ensure Service Lines / Third Parties deliver to the agreed service levels required by the project and escalate as necessary Providing IT Service Continuity, Problem and Incident Management due to ITIL requirement.
•Managing software and hardware invoicing/billing to the Client
•Customer service management
•Coordination of Caspian Projects Help Desk Activities that is responsible for all IT requests for Baku, London, Moscow offices of KBR
