    As Administrator, Recruitment, I am responsible for the following tasks:

    Recruitment Functions:
    Coordinate closely with Philippine agents regarding whole recruitment process, from relaying job vacancies, the processing of their recruitment papers until the time that they are already hired
    Conducts tele-interview of selected candidates (i.E. History of employment, length of stay in Bahrain & with current employer, salary package, etc.)
    Manages and completes the recruitment cycle of expatriate nationals for specific requirements
    Provide effective coordination with Executive, Recruitment while arranging telephone/personal interviews of candidates
    Screens CVs of Filipino candidates / applicants
    Acts as “customer relations representative for the Department. Answering enquiries and coordinating with other departments to deliver results.
    Assist in setting up plans and templates to manage Department’s file.
    Liase with other agencies and establishments to ensure smooth working practices.

    Administrative Functions:
    Undertake date entry responsibility so as to provide various MIS report relating to pending recruitments through Oracle HRMS module
    Prepares and forwards employment contracts fro selected applicants
    Assists Executive, Recruitment in conducting necessary formalities for smooth deployment of candidates from their home country
    Coordinates with Admin department re: accommodations and air tickets of selected candidates
    Coordinates with other departments re: arrivals, pick up and drop off of candidates on their respective accommodations
    Coordinates with the Government Relations department re: NOC applications, work permits, & local transfer formalities of candidates
    Prepares and arranges the personnel folder of each employee.
    Coordinates with the different signatories for the candidate's employment contracts
    Coordinates with Payroll & Govt. Relations department regarding request for cash advance for arriving candidates
    Prepares documents for Embassy Attestation (Philippines, Bangladesh, Thailand, Pakistan Embassy and among others)
    Dispatches documents to agents and/or candidates for their formalities (original NOC/Visa, original Employment Contracts, Attested documents from the Embassy, etc.)
    Assist employees for their other administrative concerns if needed.

    As a Community Trainor, I am tasked to do the following:
    Assists in planning and designing educational and training activities for clients
    Prepares and conducts training needs assessment
    Prepares worksheets, training designs and training schedules of training activities
    Develop training materials like handouts, visual aides and the like
    Invite resource person and likewise act as resource speaker/facilitator
    Conducts and supervises training activities such as Entrepreneurship training for
    Grassroot Entrepreneurs (Community based training for SMEs)
    Prepares records and reports of the training activities and accomplishments
    Participates in evaluating training programs
    Attends and participates in seminars and meeting with other agencies concerning the unit
    Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

    As a POA Officer, I am responsible of the following duties and responsibilities:
    Conducts performance evaluation of all employees; operations and non-operations staff
    Assists in reviewing / drafting memoranda/policy/manuals
    Monitors, checks/reviews and verifies results of staff performance & evaluation ratings
    Conducts orientation for newly hired employees
    Assists in the conduct of recruitment activities for the company; initial screening, administration of psychological tests
    Organizes activities for staff development, e.G. General Assemblies, Christmas parties, etc.
    Acts as Disciplinary Committee secretary
    Responds to inquiries of employees and visitors
    Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

    As Recruitment Officer, I am tasked to do the following duties and responsibilities:
    Conducts company orientation for Nurse applicants
    Schedules the nurse applicants for pre-screening interview
    Conducts pre-screening interview
    Collects bond documents from Nurses
