As Administrator, Recruitment, I am responsible for the following tasks:
Recruitment Functions:
Coordinate closely with Philippine agents regarding whole recruitment process, from relaying job vacancies, the processing of their recruitment papers until the time that they are already hired
Conducts tele-interview of selected candidates (i.E. History of employment, length of stay in Bahrain & with current employer, salary package, etc.)
Manages and completes the recruitment cycle of expatriate nationals for specific requirements
Provide effective coordination with Executive, Recruitment while arranging telephone/personal interviews of candidates
Screens CVs of Filipino candidates / applicants
Acts as “customer relations representative for the Department. Answering enquiries and coordinating with other departments to deliver results.
Assist in setting up plans and templates to manage Department’s file.
Liase with other agencies and establishments to ensure smooth working practices.
Administrative Functions:
Undertake date entry responsibility so as to provide various MIS report relating to pending recruitments through Oracle HRMS module
Prepares and forwards employment contracts fro selected applicants
Assists Executive, Recruitment in conducting necessary formalities for smooth deployment of candidates from their home country
Coordinates with Admin department re: accommodations and air tickets of selected candidates
Coordinates with other departments re: arrivals, pick up and drop off of candidates on their respective accommodations
Coordinates with the Government Relations department re: NOC applications, work permits, & local transfer formalities of candidates
Prepares and arranges the personnel folder of each employee.
Coordinates with the different signatories for the candidate's employment contracts
