Reporting to GM (Facilities & Projects)
Reporting 05 Safety Officers, 10 Supervisors & 24 Co-coordinators directly and 165 security guards indirectly.
Responsibilities include : Multi site management of HSE & security of 65 premises, Co-ordinate health & safety activities, Set, develop and implement Policies, Procedures & Systems, Monitoring, Reviewing & Audit of H & S management system, Advice management on HSE, Recruitment and performance evaluation, Develop & Advice methods to improve HSE policies after compiling statistical data and reports, Manage, design and development of specialized training, Incidents & accidents investigation, Hazard Identification & Risk assessment, COSHH, Ensure positive H&S culture at entire group of companies, Co-ordinate HSE in construction activities, Fire mock drill & Evacuation, Plan, design & safe execution of advanced fire, safety & security systems.

Responsibilities include : Command, control, administration and discipline of a company having 300 combat soldiers, operation, Public security, maintenance, repair of telecommunication and radio equipment, Long route patrolling, military exercises, active participation in 03 operations and a war.
