A. I have joined as a Planning Engineer in Dodsal Engineering & Construction Fze. Algeria from September 29th, 2009 & serving till to date.
I am working for the project of MEI 1 New LNG Train Skikda, Algeria. Owner of this project is Sonatrach & Our client is Kellog Brown & Root Int’l Inc, Houston, USA. Our scope of work is “Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Installation for New LNG Train and Fractionation Unit.
B. I had worked as a Planning Engineer in dodsal engineering & construction pte ltd. Qatar from September 22th, 2007 to September 27th, 2009.
I am working in Ras laffan industrial city in Common Cooling Seawater Phase II project for Qatar power, Ras Gas & Qatar Gas. Our main purpose is to prepare the pipeline distribution system to supply Cooling Water from the sea to Qatar Power, Ras Gas & Qatar Gas industry and also discharge the same from the industry to the sea. All the intake area, pump house preparation, pipeline construction, discharge channel construction etc is in our scope.
Our Major Client: Qatar Petroleum.
My present major responsibilities are:
A) Schedule Preparation: Preparing & Updating Schedule (With/Without Resource allocation) for different projects with Primavera (P3.1).
- This includes S ¡V curve (Plan Vs. Actual % Progress) preparation;
- Manpower Histogram Category wise etc.
B) Daily Piping Report: Consist of Lamination Joints & Pipe line erection Status for Different diameters Pipe lines (Area wise & Milestone wise). Hydro-testing Reports for Pipelines (Area wise & Milestone wise). Small Bore Piping Status Area wise.
C) Weekly Management Meeting Presentation: Preparation of Weekly Management Meeting Presentation with PowerPoint.
D) Weekly Target: Preparation of Weekly target for Site works Discipline wise (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom).
E) Balance Piping Works Schedule: Work Schedule & Hydro testing for the Balance piping works daily updating & Reporting to Client.

D) Weekly Meeting report & presentation: Minutes of meeting report for weekly management meetings. Also, power point presentation for the key points.
E) Weekly Site Progress Picture: Taking Site progress pictures for Weekly reports, Incident reports etc.
C. I had worked as a Planning Engineer in Inma Steel Fabricators Co. Ltd. KSA on September 10th, 2005 & served up to August 31st, 2007. Inma Steel is a Fabrication Industry manufacturing Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Columns, Towers, Reactors, Heavy Steel Structure, Piping etc. As per relevant Codes such as ASME Sec. 8 Div. I & Div. II, TEMA & RCB, API 650, ANSI / ASME B 31.1, 31.2, 31.3 etc. And conversant with various process of welding like GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, SAW & Plasma Cutting. The mentioned product are manufactured with various grade of steel such as SA 516 Gr. 70, 60, 65, SA 515 Gr. 70, 65, SA105, SA106 Gr. B & SA 240 Type 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321 etc. The above products are manufactured for Refinery, Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemical & Thermal Power Plant etc.

A) Preparing Spare Parts Data Package.
B) Preparing of Fabrication Checklist for Production Monitoring.
C) Preparing & Updating Daily Progress & Manpower Mobilization Report.
D) Preparing & Updating Weekly Progress Report for Client including percentage progress status, updated bar chart look ahead schedule & S-curve for plan vs. Actual curves.

Inspite of all these activities I have participated in Internal Auditing Programs as an internal auditor and taken audit and prepared audit report on ¡§Contracts Department¡¨.
Also I have to communicate with client¡¦s expeditors regarding Progress status, Manpower status, Pictures for production progress, Shop layout etc.
D. I had worked in ¡§KYCR Coil Industries Ltd¡¨, Bangladesh at November 01, 2004 and worked as an Assistant Engineer (Planning & Operation) until September 01, 2005. The main business of this company is to produce Cold rolled coils & sheets.
My main objective was to operate the 6 Hi HS-CVC Cold rolling mills (POR, ETR & DTR).
- Daily progress reporting for production: Reporting of Total nos of HR coils rolls (Code No. Wise). Weight of the Cold rolled coil. Weight of Scrap (if any).
- Maintenance of Seller: Reporting and maintaining proper coolant supply at seller reservoir, Temperature monitoring etc.
- Density of Coolant: Periodic Checking of Coolant density and adding coolant with the help of coolant pump (when required).
E. I had worked in ¡§Sunman Textile Mills Ltd.¡¨, Bangladesh From January 01, 2004 to October 31, 2004 as a Engineer (Mechanical Maintenance). I had worked as a maintenance engineer in this composite textile mill. I worked in its maintenance section of Spinning, Dying and Weaving mills.
