    Tara Drina is a sister company of Cashsystem, an investment company for the Balkan region, with keen interests in Bosnia & Hercegovina (BiH). Currently Tara Drina owns and operates a leading dairy in Central BiH, Vlasic Milk.

    After a successful 2 year stint with the Cashsystem, I was then hand picked and promoted to serve as the Director of Tara- Drina d.O.O where I shouldered the responsibility of successfully implementing projects in various fields and today I am involved in developing and strategizing all marketing and sales operations for Tara-Drina.
    Manage and control sales and distribution and administration division. Handle processed, procedures, human resources and financial performance. Work with limited administrative support, which requires ability to "wear all hats." Serve as liaison with headquarters corporate staff and sales team in Kuala Lumpur. Work closely in professional and cordial manner with team of foreign and local personal in achieving organizational goals.

    Sales and Distribution

    - Prepared and presented Sales Plan and projections. Researched the probable clients list from ground up. Conducted market research by studying existing competition and consumer habits.
