    • Responsible for providing daily reports sitrep,logrep, accountability roster and the duties of the administration section, dispatching vehicles to the customers. Supervise the interaction with the customers. Maintain documentation of work orders, service orders. Write daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Maintain and update daily work through Microsoft Access Database and SRO Data Base. Prepare records, reports and recommend solutions for administrative problems on monthly reports. Responsible for the filing of corporate documents, records, and reports, Analyze Standard Operating Procedures to correct discrepancies and revise existing methods. Evaluate all received paperwork to be in accordance with SOP. Design forms and Data Bases for daily and monthly reports. Retype all jobs performed in the shop through Microsoft Access Database and SRO Data Base.

    Unit Level Logistic Operator (ULLs-G)

    • Primary duty is the ULLs-G Operator, with additional responsibilities as General Foreman in his absence; Assigning duties for fifteen personnel providing organization support and maintain shop stocks for 648 pieces of tactical equipment. Prepares dispatches, establishes services, maintain files and personnel qualification on data base. Prepares maintenance and material control and accounting input for automated data processing, processes data and reviews output documents; Reconciles problems in automated and manual supply accounting system. Computers, establishes and requests modification to authorized stock levels though supervisors. Ensures automated transaction disks are run daily with SAMS-1and SARSS-1 and conducts bi-monthly reconciliations, also, ensures compliances with current regulations and directives pertaining to financial inventory, accounting, and stock funding. Establishes and maintains STAMIS connectivity with SARRSS-1 and SAMS-1.





    2003-2004 KBR- Services DS-Org Maintenance Bagram, Afghanistan
    Mechanic

    • Serves as a mechanic with Direct Support Maintenance with duties at the Organizational level. Primary duties includes evaluation and assessing Shop Repair Orders (SRO’s), Diagnosing, and repairing complex automotive, and diesel equipment such; as M923, M936 A1,A2 and 5ton trucks. Hmmwv series; M998, M1037, and M1114. 10K,6K,and 4K Forklifts, Rough, Terrain Container, Handler (RTCH), Gator, LMTV’s, M1038 and M1097s. Provides guidance and on hand training to new hire mechanics on proper preventive maintenance according to safety regulations. Provides serves support on recovery vehicle and equipment using rigging, and towing procedures. Serves as the primary inspector for the disposing of pneumatic tires to the Supply Support Activity (SSA). Secondary duties includes in the absence of the primary Unit Level Logistical Operator (ULL-G), maintains shop stocks for 648 pieces of tactical equipment. Support 45 units with over 553 Table of organization support; prepares maintenances and material control and accounting input for automated data processing, processes data and review output documents. Maintain vehicles log books, service schedules and dispatches for 648 vehicles. Establishes and maintains STAMIS connectivity with SARRSS2A and SAMS-1.



    2002 - 2003 Kellogg Brown & Root Services Camp Oden, Bosnia
    Clerk

    • Responsible for the Tactical AOAP. Pulled and submitted oil samples of all tactical equipment assigned to the task force and to all the equipment accepted into the 10-20 programs. Supervised subordinate mechanics and directed that mechanic to assist in efficiently performing maintenance tasks as directed by the AOAP Lab.

    • Translates 2404 forms written by Expatriate Inspectors and Foreman’s into the Local language , and briefs Local personnel as to the correct procedures both mechanical and safety concerning the day to day work at hand.

    • Performs inventories of mechanic assigned tool boxes, tool room stationed tool sets and components and newly procured tooling required for the maintenance shop. Prepares Lost Damaged and Missing Tool Reports, Inventory of 24-tool boxes punctually and submits through the Senior Tactical Manager for submission. Orders PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for all assigned mechanics and ensures that these items are reordered at proper intervals.






    2000-2002 Kellogg Brown & Root Services, U.S. Army Base, Camp Eagle, Bosnia Supply Technician / Data base Administrator

    Responsible for providing daily reports and interpreting the duties of the administration section, dispatching vehicles to the customers.
