Senior Transmission Planning Engineer
Currently my official position is Transmission area manager in the West region of Ukraine. But mostly I’m working as troubleshooter in other regions (Donetsk, Kharkov, Simferopol and Dnipropetrovs’k). Helping in training of new engineers and optimization of planning process. For two and half years which I’m with this company, I was able to take part in all steps of planning process – from nominal planning up to site integration data preparation; optimization and site audit.
During my work in Netplan I performed following functions:
Nominal planning
Site selection based on nominal site locations
Technical site survey and designing the sites
Site audit
SAR, SARF, TSSR reports preparation
Map Study, transmission path profiles and calculations to verify Line-of-Sight (Los)
Actual LOS checking
Designing for microwave radio links for GSM BTS Rollout transmission solution
& capacity expansion of intermediate links using NSN Net Act Link Planner and issuing of MW Budgets and Site Materials Request’s (SMR) for NSN Flexi Hopper PDH Radio and Nera Citylink SDH Radios, which includes technical information for implementation
