    Currently pursuing Master Degree of Public Management at Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

    Diploma of Mechanical Engineering Degree specializing in Automobiles in 1991 at the Military Academy of Science and Technology in Viet Nam.
    Work History & Experience:
    Years of Work Experience: More than 15 Years
    Over 2 years experience with human resources management tfor he international hybrid court in Cambodia (ECCC). Developed and implemented human resources policies, recruitments, job design, re-structuring the organization, benifit management, leave and payroll management, staff development and training.

    10 years experience with general administrative services and facility management assistance, including maintenance and repairing program management, property supply managment, developing and administering maintenance and supply database programs, for USAID/Cambodia.

    2 years experience with the office operations, administrative services, facility management, accounting resposibilities, social and communty development programs coordination for the Cambodia Family Development Services (CFDS).

    2 years experience administrative services, office operations, field constructing coordination for the international company (CHYODA).
