    Group Desk (Revenue And Pricing Department) From May 2007 till Oct 2008:
    General responsibilities:

    1. Offer a price for groups requested by travel agencies or EgyptAir offices all over the world.
    2. Be sure that if another agent requested the same date and number of passenger, to offer the same price
    3. The price is given after checking aircraft situation regarding capacity, classes and high or low season.
    4. If there is no seats available on the flight that the agent requested, we suggest a better price to the agent on the nearest available flight.
    5. After the travel agent acceptance of price, calling the reservation control department to confirm seats.
    6. Sending telex to sales promotion department to give the agent a tour code to be able to issue tickets
    7. File and Serial the groups and make sure that if there is any cancellation which must be reported to the accounting department to be invoice a debit on the agent


    Domestic Department (Revenue And Pricing Department) from November 1999 to January 2002 and from November 2004 to May 2007:
    General responsibilities

    : I specialized in handling group reservation control services, such as
    Checking the reservations for passengers group before aircraft departure by 60, 21, 14 and 5 days for inserting names and tickets. Revising all domestic flights in 72 and 24 hours in which

    1. Canceling any reservation without ticket number or names
    2. Canceling booking with an expired time limit.
    3. Canceling passenger`s domestic segment reservation in case the arrival of the international segment was cancelled.
    4. Informing passenger by phone whenever their reservation gets confirmed.
    5. Changing type of the aircraft in case of an increase or a decrease in the number of passengers
    6. Sending a telex for passenger`s services like meet and assist for VIPs, wedding cakes for honeymooners, and wheel chair for handicaps
    7. Checking flights by passenger name and canceling double booking
    8. Making reservation for crew, cabin crew and security on duty




    Reservation Officer at Galileo Help Desk, Egyptair (from July to August 2001)
    General responsibilities:

    1. Solving travel agent problems using Galileo Reservation System with different several airlines such as showing ticket to airlines system
    2. Showing airlines reference number that has not been viewed by agent
    3. Showing timing of aircraft that has not been viewed by agent
    4. Transferring travel agent to technical support center if it has a problem in printing tickets
    5. Preparing GALILEO reservation and ticketing course to travel agent`s staff.
    6. Advising agent who could not be able to print ticket with correct input.




    Bilateral Agreement Consultant at International Affairs Deparment (bilateral Agreement Sector) (from January to November 2002)
    General responsibilities

    Executing agreements with other airlines on the quota for the market share of carrying passengers


    Sales Officer, EGYPTAIR (from November 2002 – November 2004)
    Sales Officer at EGYPTAIR Call Center same except number 1 (from July to August 2004)
    General responsibilities

    1 .Selling of airline tickets through EGYPTAIR offices (Nasr City, Airport and Sharm
    El- Sheikh Offices)
    2. Making reservations and advice prices to passengers
    3. Handling passenger`s problem such as confirming segment that has been canceled.
    4 .Confirming booking for passenger by inserting their contact on their reservation
