My responsibilities entail :-
• General administrative functions.
• Overseeing work flow in the institution.
• Team teaching of various computer packages.
• Troubleshooting of technical IT issues.
• Conducting Student /Lecturer evaluation and analysis of the same.

My designation was that of a support team member, assigned to the IT department under the Systems Administrator. My main responsibilities were:
• Generating periodic CDSC statements for clients.
