Role of Responsibilities in HR & Administration:
• Setting up the required processes and making improvements to existing processes for key HR functions such as recruitment, training and separation. Also partnered with external HR consultants in creating Employee handbook, and job descriptions.
• Building recruitment plan and strategies, and co-ordinating staffing activities as per the plan. Conducting HR interviews, making parities, offers and follow up till joining.
• Setting up of new hire process – created checklists and designed a new hire orientation program. Also conduct Induction program for new joinees.
• Designed, documented training process and programs, created training plan and calendar, co-ordination of trainings as per the training calendar and tracking training effectiveness.
• Co-ordinated the performance management process. My key contribution was modifying Performance management forms and training the employees on the overall process and timelines.
