    As mentioned on the proposal document and paste a checklist of proposals in
    That particular box file on the face of the box file to keep a track.
    N Taking print out of all projects correspondence and filing in a box file
    Project wise.
    N Labeling the separate box files with proposal and project number wise and
    Project and proposal details .
    N Making sets of drawings printed and preparation of a Transmittal letter and
    Informing the contractor and subcontractor to collect the documents.
    N Faxed letters to various contractors to collect drawings and request them
    For quotation for a particular project.
    N Arrangement of drawings in drawing number wise and stack them on a
    Stick file for reference purpose and copies to be taken for site purpose.
    N Entering of new Proposal number in a register to keep a track of proposal
    Number allotted to avoid repetition.

    N Incorporating the details of vendor documents into the computer as per the
    Computer package provided for.
    N Understand and read the drawings and issue the copies to sub-contractors
    Under transmittal letters.
    N Interacting with various contractors and sub-contractors at the project site.
    Arranging new drawings from the head office as per the conditions of the old
    Drawings i.E., damaged or torn and ensure that the replacement takes place.
    N Helping the Superintendent for additional copies of the drawings and vendor
    Documents. Informing the superintendent, the client i.E. Oman Methanol llc and
    Oman plants and services LLC regarding the arrival of final documents.
    N Visiting the sites regularly and discuss with various sub-contractors regarding
    The progress of the project and understanding the various stages of the project.
    N Keeping the Final Documents in order and arranging them as per reference
    Number and distributing the same to OMC and OPSC.
    N Following up of the balance final documents from Head office in Germany.
    N Regarding Isometrics drawing distributing the isometrics drawings to quality
    Control, piping Superintendent, contractors, of the various areas in the project.
    Keeping the isometrics drawings in alphabetical order and drawing number
    Wise. Follow up on non-receipt of isometrics drawings. Giving copies of various
