As Technician:
•Software and Hardware Technician.
•Provide solutions on a day-to-day IT operational problems
•Specifically responsible for the installation, training and project management for the Customized ERP System, Time Card Payroll System Processing, and on-going Data-Driven.
•Recommend hardware and software purchases to Financial Controller and adhere with all laws regarding information technology and licensing agreements.
•Conduct design analysis, feature benefit analysis and system consulting to accommodate business wide information technology urgency needs of the organization.
•Write specifications and implement strategies.
•Responsible for the daily operation of all servers and workstations.
•Installation of Operating System, Motherboards, Printer and ERP Application.
•Provide Technical Support for End User regarding the Hardware and Software application.
•Evaluate PC, FAX Machine, Lap Top and other office Equipment.
•Performed PC repair, PC Assembly and PC Trouble Shooting
•Administer Networks and Personal Computer
•Implement and design for customer website and optimizations
