    Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition, Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows Server 2008, Microsoft. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Visual Basic.
    • Skilled in use of Microsoft Database.
    • Skilled in computer software and computer hardware installation.
    • Familiar with Network Set-up and Installations.
    • Have knowledge in proper use of office machines such as Printer, Computer, Xerox, Scanner, Typewriters, Cam coder, Telephone, etc.
    • Have knowledge in Proper Customer Service.
    • Experienced in Proper Food Handling/Preparing/Serving.




    Administrative Duties :

    • Organize the President/Vice Presidents office before they arrived.
    • Prepare hot beverages every morning for the President/Vice president.
    • Update Co-employees in day to day transactions.
    • Assist foreign Guess/Visitors within the premises.
    • Preparing of Conference room for Business meetings, Online interviews and even Online conference of Supervisors.
    • Takes dictation and transcribe notes of letters.
    • Encodes memoranda, Legal Documents, reports, Transmittals, Contracts, etc.
    • Makes appointments for Supervisors.
    • Makes reservations and organize meetings for supervisors.
    • Organize and record minutes of meetings.
    • Maintains documents and files organized.
    • Date stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and messages.
    • Establish and maintain organizational files and records of matters in progress and follow-up to ensure actions are completed.
    • Answers phone inquiries pertaining to services.
    • Perform office supplies inventories.
    • Order office supplies.
    • Perform clerical duties such as Printing, Filling and Assisting.
    • Maintain company policies and standard operating procedures.
    • Works with sensitive information in a Confidential Manner.



    Computer Duties

    • Set-up network connections daily.
    • Make daily routine check of all computers if its operating stable.
    • Check computers network configurations.
    • Maintains back-ups of important files.
    • Encodes different information to the computer by the use of Microsoft Database Program.
    • Types legal advertisements, contracts, deeds, etc.
    • Makes presentations for the company by the use of Microsoft Power point application.
    • Use Scanner to scan important documents for e-mail.
    • Maintain fresh copy of Database Records from time to time.
    • Use Microsoft Database Program to create proper filing system.
    • Update Monitoring Sheets of the Company by using Microsoft Excel.
    • Troubleshoot Computer Hardware defects.
    • Replace computer hardware defects.
    • Assembling brand new computers.
    • Troubleshoot Computer Software errors.
    • Performed all computer installation from Hardware to Software.
    • Formatting of Computer’s if necessary.
    • Troubleshoot Network Connection errors.
    • Dusting Computer’s from inside and out from time to time.
    • Research through the use of internet.
    • Open Company E-mail and deliver it to the proper person in a timely fashion.
    • Reply to E-mails pertaining to services.
    • Reply to E-mails that contains Sensitive Information.

    • Involved in a broad spectrum of secretarial and administrative duties.
    • Proof-read case sensitive information on different types of documents.
