I am 37 years old Mechanical Engineer having 15 years of Construction experience in Oil & Gas, Power plant, desalination & water treatment plants & Pipe line sectors. I worked with major EPC contractors like Dodsal(India), L & T/ECC group(India), SIDEM(Desalination & Water Treatment Plants)-Abu Dhabi, UAE, with head office in Paris, France and CTS,A Shanfari Group of Company, Oman.
I worked 7 years as Piping Engineer in India with ECC & Dodsal for Major refinery/Petrochemical constructions like Reliance Refinery & petrochemical Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Cochin Refineries Limited and Petronet pipeline projects.
I joint Sidem, Abu Dhabi, from 2000 November to July 2006 as Mechanical Engineer and worked in Layyah Power station, Sharjah (Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority project), Al Taweelah Power Station, Abudhabi, for Independent water & Electricity Project. From March’03, I was designated as Site construction Manager for Mobin water system utility station Project at South Pars Oil field, Iran, an EPC project worth $60M.
Presently working with Contractor’s Technical Services, A Shanfari Group Of Company, Muscat- Oman as Project Construction Manager for MVC- Mukhaizna Oxy Water Treatment Plant at Mukhaizna Oil field, a 150million $ EPC Project .

Review and approve any deviation from the project specification after consultation with Project Engineering Manager/Project manager.
Conduct constructability studies on heavy lifts and other critical lifts according to the project requirements.
Carry out road surveys to ensure support to the logistic departments.
Interface between the subcontractors, vendors & suppliers, logistics & shipments and project management team.
Meeting with the Client/Consultant/Planning Dept during the progress review and other related site issues.
Responsible for establishing, leading and implementing company’s construction Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) programs at site. Providing training to the team on various programmes like confined space entry, gas tester first aider, scaffolder & rigging etc.. As per site specific requirements.
Construction progress & QA/QC meetings with construction contractors, monitoring progress of works against schedule and preparation of S-curves, report preparation.
Responsible for all on-site management, supervision and co-ordination of all contracted work for the execution of field construction in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures and quality requirements.
Building up a team of competent personnel for the execution of the project. Assist in the training of others. Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in the group are aware of each Project`s quality requirements.

This is the largest desalination and water treatment plant in Iran with total project value approx. 50 million USD. The scope of works include 5 desalination unit of capacity 1.7 migpd each, 7 Storage tanks, DM/CPP plant of capacity 1300 m3/hour, potabilzation plant of capacity 100m3/hour, pumping stations, EER buildings, chemical laboratories and related civil, electromechanical & commissioning works.
