Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Managing a staff of 6 employees.
- Establishing Relationship with authorities and government bodies related to the business.
- Establishing & developing relationship with local suppliers.
- Contracting new local suppliers & negotiating rates with existing suppliers.
- Appointing the office force (operations, coordinators & executive staff).
- Taking care of all Human Resources aspects.
- Monitoring the work flow of the office.
- Looking after product development.
- Managing corporate accounts, Incentive groups, conferences & events in Oman.
- Creating, developing, managing & executing events in all different fields of project management.
- Creating new business opportunities from the local & International markets.
