    Duties & Responsibilities: -
    - Managing a staff of 6 employees.
    - Establishing Relationship with authorities and government bodies related to the business.
    - Establishing & developing relationship with local suppliers.
    - Contracting new local suppliers & negotiating rates with existing suppliers.
    - Appointing the office force (operations, coordinators & executive staff).
    - Taking care of all Human Resources aspects.
    - Monitoring the work flow of the office.
    - Looking after product development.
    - Managing corporate accounts, Incentive groups, conferences & events in Oman.
    - Creating, developing, managing & executing events in all different fields of project management.
    - Creating new business opportunities from the local & International markets.
    - Developing special Incentive programs & itineraries & new creative ideas for the destination.
    - Promoting Oman as an incentive destination to both existing as well as new clients.

    Tourism Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities: -
    - Management of Incentive groups, conferences & events in Dubai.
    - Creating, developing, managing & executing events in all different fields of project management.
    - Contacting, negotiating & booking suppliers.
    - Running & executing incentive groups & events.
    - Setting the Department structure, system and procedures.
    - Appointing the department force (operations, coordinators & executive staff).
    - Assigning job description to all staff.
    - Contracting suppliers (Hotels, buses companies, Excursions providers & airlines).
    - Negotiating deals with overseas tour operators.
    - Arranging all proposals & offer to tour operators.
    - Locating target markets and providing packages and programs for those markets.
    - Attending trade shows & Exhibitions to market the agency products and approach new tour operators.
    - Fully in charge of MICE (Meetings – Incentives – Conferences & Exhibitions), inbound, outbound and Logistics departments.
    - Developing new opportunities within the existing opportunities identified.
    - Prospecting and identification of new opportunities for the company.
    - Develop a yearly sales plan.
    - Following up on prospects/clients to further develop sales opportunities.
    - Attending networking events as required when the event is identified as a business development opportunity.
