Job Responsibilities:
• Implementation and maintenance of Livelink Enterprise Server.
• Provide security levels, permissions to specified items, groups and users.
• Develop forms and reports using development tool provided by Livelink.
• Setting up the searching page.
• Maintaining and updating project procedures.
• Configuration and Connectivity with oracle10g database
• Receipt, control, storage and issue of project documentation.
• Supervising Livelink daily / monthly update.
• Supervising the establishment and maintenance of projects in livelink Enterprise Server.
• Establishment and control of the project reference library.
• Supervision and control of Projects scanning / Uploading facilities.
• Setting up the system and for training document controller and Engineers in use of Livelink application software.
• Manage and Restricted access levels to date files, creating user accounts and assigning them to groups with different access level security on the documents Livelink application software.

Professional Experience:
Worked with Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) as a Document Controller.
CCC is a leading diversified company carrying out construction, engineering, procurement, development and investment activities internationally with emphasis on the Middle East region.
The construction activities of CCC extending over most of the Middle East cover fields in:
Heavy Civil Construction: power plants, bridges and highway interchanges, harbor and docks, and civil work for process plants and the petrochemical industry.
Highways, roads and airports.
Water and Sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and all related networks.
Mechanical Construction: fabrication and installation of piping, erection of equipment and vessels, structural steel works for light industry and heavy mechanical works (refineries, petrochemical plants, gas oil separation plants, oil loading and off loading terminals).
Pipelines for water, gas and oil.
Job Responsibilities:
• Organize in-house Application VisualByblosCyberspace Document Management System
• In-charge for submission of documentation control (Transmittals, Inspection Request, Material Submittal, Document Submittal, Work notification, Site clarification, Method statement, Correspondences, Minutes of meetings, Shop drawing submittal) for documentation related issues
• Logging in the computer all the information pertaining to incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Keeping a thorough check over all the documents.
• Checking all the documents before they are dispatched.
• Ensuring the procedures of the document control. Supervising the establishment and maintenance of project central filing system
About Visual Byblos Cyberspace Application:
Visual Byblos Cyberspace (VBC) is a document management system that is used to control and manage all the documents produced and/ or received by an Enterprise.
VBC is also used to manage the distribution of documents to all those concerned within a corporation plus the handling of review or approval cycles (Workflow Systems).
It deals with setting up and maintaining hard copies files as documents of reference plus managing the handover of documents to clients. Visual Byblos cyberspace is a web based electronic document management system that offers several functionalities to its users.

Q&T is Indian based company and have operations in UK, Saudi Arabia and etc. Providing solution services in the areas of applications development and maintenance.
