I am leading a team that works in the set up and
management area for remarketed products. In our team, each admin coordinates
specific business units, so I monitor how they handle their tasks, if the setup is correctly
completed, if the deadlines are met, etc.
I work closely with our product managers (worldwide located), negociate the deadlines when their proposals are too agressive, maintain the user documentation on our share point, schedule and lead meetings when needed. In other words, I monitor the entire admin of the EMR product life cycle and ensure a smooth interaction with the EMR worldwide PM team. This includes the dispatching to PSR support, control of tasks and systems. Business Fundamentals are maintained together with the relevant mandatory audit checks and reports, and all data published is sent to be published to EMR web desk.
