Experience:
After university graduation, I have started to work for a turkish bank (Finansbank Romania SA) – they taught me a lot about banking, communicating and relating to people, by formal traing („Management Trainee”) and by giving me the chance to work in a multinational institution (about 2 years).
So I have my way with people (I was in relationship management, customer support and retail loans – these imply good communication skills), I’m good with numbers, budgets, financial analysis, some forecasting (skills developed while working as Financial Analyst) and computers (Oracle banking application, MS Office-compulsory for my job in the bank). And there I found out that I had a growing interest for the social aspects of life and career (so I begun learning on my own about people’s psychology and behaviour), while directly interacting with them (customers, colleagues – both romanian and turkish).
Craving to do more, I took an offer from a local bank (Banca Comerciala Carpatica): there I further deepened my social skills (as interface of the branch with larger companies-clients) and my coordinating skills (after being promoted to „Loan Department Manager, I supervised a team of 4). As „Credit Comitee” member, I took more interest in analysing not only the financial standing of companies, but also the character of people running them (essential criteria for granting loans).
Also, as Branch Manager alternate, I could learn more about conflict management, team leading and scarcity of resources...We had some achievements, the branch in wich I was second in command being awarded by the bank’s president with „Best startup in 2006”.
Knowing I must do more for my development, I have decided (after 2 years with Banca Carpatica) to take a chance and start my own company (SC Blitz Kredit SRL). In this stage of my life, I have developed my organising, planning and budgeting skills, relating to suppliers and authorities skills, but most important: I have learned a great deal about people. I was the one doing all HR in my company, from recruiting and hiring to training (sales, negotiating, time management, personal development) and motivating, targeting (and firing when necessary), relying both on my previous knowledge and on new, self aquired skills (through hard, continous study). Collaborating with a friend, we also developed an intersting, very helpful MySQL application that allowed us (real time) to know all major financial aspects of the company, employees; the app. acted as a client database also and it was a major management help.

All items below were a good foundation for my experience above; they opened my mind for further studies.
