Dear Hiring Manager
I graduated in Modern Applied Languages but I have always been interested in sustainable energy and environmental issues. I would like to find better ways of managing the work in agricultural field and not only, which bring a new pesrpective over the way things should be done.
In order to meet your requirements I can tell you that I have worked for several years in Customer Care Services, handeling requests and complaints. Working with people was never an easy job but it is very rewarding in the meaning that it is a great comfort to know that by applying your skills and knowledge you solved a problem.
I am fluent in English and Russian, speaking a few foreign languages helps me interract better with people and finding a solution for their requests.
