Contracts Manager/Projects Manager/Area Manager on leaving I had 9 contracts, most of which were colleges, Approx 150 operatives, 2 site managers and one area manager under me.
From July 03 until December 03 I was involved with the setting up of the contract at New Spitalfields Market,
March 03 until Oct 03 Airways Housing association. I first started at ISS as an Administration Manager but within a week I was promoted to Contracts Manager. This position involved selling new contracts to the clients and finding new clients. Pricing the work and sending the tenders. At any one time I was in charge of appox 100 staff and a turnover of about 1,000,000 EUR of business
I resigned from this position because I was planning to move to Romania and I did not have the time to work, sell my house and plan the move!
