I am using this opportunity to apply for the advertised management position. My professional background and experience in management, business development, sales, multimodal logistics, appointments, budgets, profit and loss statements recommend me for such role.
I am very familiar with international physical cargo trading and I do know how to develop general logistical solutions and tailoring business presentation to each client. I have the best knowledge about international product trading/shipping/logistics, standard procedure involved in sales, product offering, negotiating, setting up various types of contracts.
Below is a short presentation of my two key accountabilities that are desirable for such job’s duties requirements:
Leadership -
In my CV is mentioned that I had worked on several international management positions such as administrator, ocean freight manager, operations manager and even freelancer where I had to interface with Customers, Shareholders, Partners, Government Agencies, Competitors, Contractors, Traders, and Carriers. These helped me to develop already the ability to coordinate activities of a multi-functional team (legal, tax, shipping, etc.) and be a representative of my employer/principal. My entire professional background was built on top management level attributes.
Marketing Capabilities -
I am able to develop market reports, to elaborate competitive analysis and market strategies. I have experience in evaluating customers’ proposals and contributes in relation to quantities, prices, shipping plans, term and conditions, creditworthiness, quality specs, etc. I have been educated to collect updated information on competitor strategies, pricing, capacity and market intelligence. Thus, I can demonstrate broad expertise in market analysis. I know very well the International Commercial Terms “INCOTERMS 2000” by dealing periodically with them in international sales contract, transportation and deliveries. Besides, I have some financial experience in working with the Letter of Credits and bank guarantees. Executive Marketing Manager
• Assisting the company to enter on Romanian market. Among my duties were to develop and generate freight business in territory, supervising daily the office activity, dealing with operations and country sales functions.
