At present time I`m working as Head of Marketing in online casino software vendor. I have two main responsibilities:
External. Supervise project production schedules and data flow for 3-5 projects, develop, promote and execute the channel sales and marketing plan encompassing distribution and retail, expanding ad network with online/offline ad stage providers. Developed and promoting affiliate program network; develop media planning strategy; collaborating with other divisions locally and across the company; measure/manage/execute all units that are responsible for the project.
Internal. Analysis of existing system, providing reports, designing new system architecture and implementing new features to the product. Generate weekly status reports and day-to-day team’s schedules when needed, supervising project budget and timelines. Provide input to channel research for shopper/retailer behavior, updating category/partner knowledge to field where applicable.
Working at Digimobi I developed concepts for online media stores MP3NINJA.Com and Kinokopilka.Ru Actively participate in development and optimization of corporate business processes.
Working at E-soft I brought the idea to create online show like Big Brother. Also we started online community YO that was also first of a kind.
