Founding member of the new Arla SE Service Desk after the helpdesk was moved from Logica in Sweden to IBM in Ireland. My team was left to build the Service Desk on our own with little help from the previous desk, and managed to do so brilliantly. Dealing with users in Swedish and sometimes English through phone and mails. Covered a large number of programs such as Movex, Lotus Notes, SAP, Citrix as well many internally used programs, applications and databases. Handled printer issues, installed programs, did remote control on users` computers as well as covering major severities where parts or the whole of Arla`s production services have been affected.
