    Responsibilities include

    Supervise the platform’s expansion planning.
    Projects coordination for implementation
    Collaborate with VAP manager and platform’s responsible in order to dimension expansion request.
    To prepare budget and CAR (Capital Approval Request)
    Follow –up quotation, purchase orders and payments for all platforms (IN ,SMSC,GPRS,MMS,RBT and E-pin)

    Coordinate all VAP (Value Added Platform)project implementations, including the relationship with contractors

    Provide support and solution to customer service for all subscribers related problems
    Carry out the pin/evd activations
    Relate with contractors in terms of support, purchase and implementation
    Relate with other areas (VAS, marketing ,billing, customer care etc
    Work with vendors in all VAS related projects
    Prepare the reports on daily basis from the system (IN) to check the performance.
