Responsibilities include
Creation of the accounts in our domain
Deletion of user accounts
Providing group rights
Unlocking/resetting the passwords
Log in all calls in the ARS tool for escalation, task monitoring and record keeping
Ensure corrective action is taken where necessary to resolve any problems that arise, ensuring effective liaison with Barclays UK and BCP Support team (Brains Computer processing Centre-Illovo in South Africa) and escalation to third parties where appropriate.
Accept daily reports from the business processing center BCP, decrypting, printing and made them available to the business every morning

VAP Project &Planning Leader

Responsibilities include
Supervise the platform’s expansion planning.
Projects coordination for implementation
Collaborate with VAP manager and platform’s responsible in order to dimension expansion request.
To prepare budget and CAR (Capital Approval Request)
Follow –up quotation, purchase orders and payments for all platforms (IN ,SMSC,GPRS,MMS,RBT and E-pin)
Administer and maintain the E-pin platform
Coordinate all VAP (Value Added Platform)project implementations, including the relationship with contractors
