Cell Cultivation, Bacteria Cultivation, Tissue Culture, Protein Isolation and Purification, in situ Hybridization, Concentration Measurement, DNA Isolation and Purification, PCR, RT- PCR, DNA Cloning, RNA Purification, Western Blot, ELISA.
