    (Four Star Hotel owned by ABU DHABI National Hotels co. ) Apr.’ 05 – Apr.’08
    Bar Supervisor (Working at Rock Bottom Cafe) Reporting to the Bar Manager
    • Adhering to company policy with regards to standards, presentation,
    And customer service.
    • Taking inventory, making requisitions and maintaining books.
    • Providing training on beverage knowledge for floor staff.
    • Monitoring hygiene and presentation standards of the food to be served.
    • Discuss new ideas and promotions with the restaurant manager.
    • Till reconciliation and banking matters.

    2. Pop-tates Restaurant Mumbai, India
