Position: Technical Coordinator
Project: (i) Land Regularization in Piraquara, Brazil, involving 2.200 families and activities on urban design, registration of families and community organization, surveying the land, analysis and resolution of ownership-related issues. Contracted by Piraquara City Hall, with Federal Government resources of USD 235,000, and subcontracted by Hagaplan Planning and Projects. Hagaplan is a Brazilian office headquartered in Sao Paulo, with approximately 100 employees, specialized in planning and engineering projects throughout Brazil and South America
Duties:
• Coordinating the activities of a 10 people team os lawyers, architects, social workers and trainees;
• Technical coordination of all project activities;
• Project planning;

Project: (ii) HBB Florianopolis, Habitar Brasil/BID Program, involving: land regularization, land parcelling and construction legislation review, preparation of the municipal housing policy and municipal housing fund and committee.
