Gentelmans,
I am Chilean, 30 years old, Constructor Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso, Chile since 2002. I'm married, without kids at this time and with my wife we are willing to travel abroad, specially to Australia, to work and enjoy all the benefits of this country being part of it.
My Objective is always continue develop myself, but now I want to do it in a new country, providing my knowledge and different perspectives of business and administration based on the engineering experience gained so far. To support that I'm about to finish a one year diploma on Operational Management of the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, Santiago, Chile.

During my work experience I have been part of:
• 2007 2008 Proyect development for a Corrugated Boxes Plant including: plant contstruction, assembling equipment and start up with multilanguage group of companies. This last experience took me on a trainee time on corrugated boxes industry in Dallas, USA during 4 weeks on last November of 2007
- Position: Projects Inspector, projects development and coordination
Having timing control and contractors payments.
- Project value: US $ 26 millions
Method of construction: Based on reinforced concrete foundations and pre-made concrete structures assembly on-site plus the equipment assembling
• 2006 The construction of a 22 floors apartment building in Santiago based on reinforced concrete structure
- Position: Project Inspector and projects coordinator
Having timing control and contractors payments.
- Project value: US $ 8 millions
- Method of construction: excavation for 3 underground levels and lateral system control of the soil using steal cables anchor to the soil trough drilling holes, cables and concrete, using an elevating crane it was made foundations and complete building structure made on reinforced concrete
The Punto Cardinal building have a swimming pool, 2 elevators, central boiler water, radiant floor or heating system include inside of the concrete floors
• 2004-2005 Team building a recovering plants of molybdenum and the expansion of the copper recovery process. All the projects were based on reinforced concrete foundations and the assembly of steal structures
- Position: Field Engineer with participation on the projects development
- Project value: US $20 millions
- Method of construction: massive excavation with topography control to set up 4 unit of copper recover, foundations made on reinforced concrete including massive volumes of concrete using temperatures control to avoid fissure problems, anchor bolts position in the concrete cycle.
Definition of the position for electrical underground electrical power lines and electrical chambers.
Assambly control of steal pre-made structures, tanks and services pipe lines
• 2004 The remodelling of an old train station of Valparaiso from the 30’s which include the construction of 4 office building of 12 floors and the 2 new rails for the train station based on reinforced concrete structure

- Method of construction: the ground was a refill sand area by the ocean made the last century, because of that was necessary to drill a 25 to 30 mts to set concrete columns to get densification of the soil, then starting from those columns we start to raise underground foundations. Beside for the 2 underground levels it was necessary to build a big wall as a barrier for the ocean water level and for that it was implement a constant water pumping system to get the area driest as we could. From that point the rest was a steal reinforced concrete structure.
• 2003 Construction of high voltage transmission tower lines 2x220 at the south of Chile
- Position: Logystic for towers structures distribution
- Project value: unknown
- Method of construction: topography and location of 120 towers covering approximately 110 kms, opening roads, material and tools supply to build the foundations, allocation of the structures through 4WD vehicles, animals or even helicopter for 3 towers position
• Civil and urbanistics development including underground sewage water systems and roads.
The first professional practice was on a 18 floors building set up on dune by the coast of Renaca Beach, VIña del Mar, Chile and for that the civil engineer defined a big massive foundation as a block of 17x16x0,9 mts that was made on stages preventing excessive concrete volumes with highs temperatures.
