I am an Electrical Engineering graduate from Monash University, Australia. I also have a Master degree in International Business from the United Kingdom.
My previous work experience was with WD Partners Malaysia for a year, as the project leader for the Electrical Team. Our clients include major American chain stores such as Home Depot, Starbucks, Circuit City & Victoria’s Secret chain stores. My three subordinates and I design electrical requirements and installations for their North American and European prototype stores, known as protos, which are to be site adapt for international construction.
I had held the post of project engineer for Sunway Engineering, the M&E Engineering division of Sunway Construction Sdn. Bhd. for 3 years. My responsibilities range from design to development to implementation of High Voltage (HV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems for the KLCC Convention & Exhibition Centre Project, the KLCC Traders Hotel Project and the Sunway Pyramid 2 Project.
To be successful in the role, I consult, manage and co-ordinate with wide range of professionals; from design and technical consultants and clients to safety and occupational inspectors. Not only do I have to follow the requirements of clients, I must also strictly adhere to the international safety guidelines for on-site installation.
Currently I am based in China, working for a cosmetic corporation for their retail outlet design department.
