My present is that of an Interior Designer - Architect. The work consist of designing process from concept and design phase, develop all design idea and basic concept into proper drawing and design, drawing up to estimate and supervising the application of design result on site, handle drawing documentation such as Tender and Construction Drawing, Shop Drawing, Presentation Drawing , 3d or sketch perspective, FFE schedule, day to day running of a project, attending meeting with client and/or contractor, supplier, coordinating running project, to achieve its schedule of finish and managing contractor or supplier, cost and budget management, preparing and handling project administration such as Time Schedule, resume and weekly progress , making report, time frame and coordination of every project to Client and any other work required from me.
I have proven good academic ability and sound leadership and people or human relation skills I work well and a comfortable to liaison with people from various level, an quite apt in organizing and executing activities (project/event) where I Usually contribute ideas and apply knowledge learnt.
