August’08 – Nov’08 Worked as an International Consultant (Specialist in Architecture & Construction/Project Management) Senior Architect (Projects)/Project Manager for an International Co. In Paris & a Saudi Co. In KSA.
➢ Worked as an International Consultant (Specialist in Architecture & Cons./Project Management) in Paris and in Saudi Arabia (GCC Countries) in supervision of works/finishes & Project Coordination for a few months on a very major complex project presently still under construction, of a contract value of about 12.5 Billion USD. I was involved in site supervision of external & internal finishing works, resolving daily site issues & problems, advising on technical matters as well as quality control, safety, health & environmental issues. Also involved in overall project coordination duties with various sub-contractors on a day-to-day basis. Ensured that works are executed efficiently and strictly in accordance with shop drawings & specifications. Prepared regular reports on works progress highlighting issues & problems resolved.
