| Project Manager of the Mundo Project in Budapest (100 000 m2 total leasable area covering Shopping Mall and Office Park) and Korona Shopping Mall in Brasov ( 53 000m2 total leasable area. Cost of each investment - 200 mln Euro). In the last years leading projects in multi-residential, commercial or retail environments allowed me to acquire a large experience and the technical knowledge in the coordination of large scale real estate investments from the planning to the realization phase. Working in foreign countries integrated in international teams was always a priority to me which gave me a broader view of the world economy and the different countries market trends. Leading, organizing and motivating a team in order to achieve objectives in a given timeline is something that I consider highly motivating and challenging. Due to the requirements of my job position in order to achieve very good performance. I developed a large knowledge of the market and economy of the Emerging Economies, as well as the Euro Zone and United States of America. I am genuinely interested in an opportunity to work with an outstanding, multi-national team on an exciting portfolio of national and international projects. |
