BAKU, Azerbaijan.Position: Pipe Tracking System Coordinator - Maintaining the trace ability of each line pipe from receipt by to load out by railroad or sea.- Fulfilling the need to supply the coating plants with correct quantities and sizes of line pipe, whilst supporting the requirement of Pipe Lay Barge.- Making sure that the data during the production progress is updated properly by the stations involved into the production progress.- Maintaining a weekly reconciliation report and S-Curves for Customer review.- Preparing documentations for As Built Dossier.- Liaising with the Customer to provide logistical support to multiple users.- Preparing the Corrosion Coating Reports on the daily, weekly and monthly bases, submitting them to the client for the final approve, controlling all coating records.- Preparing and checking the Load-Out Reports for each vessel that the pipes were loaded out by, solving any problems occurred on the reporting concerning the load out.- Submitting the CD including the full pipe details to barge prior to pipes are loaded out for each item coated.2004- 2006 eupec pipe coatings azerbaijan ltd acg pipe line project.
