Dear Sir/Madam,
I have start my industrial life in a petro-chemical plant ,Turkish Fertilizer Plant Ammonia Production Unit in BURSA in 1990.
Here,I have follow construction activities of plant,precommissioning and start-up.
My first experiences are General Safety including work-order system,personel protective equipments,fire,emergency situations etc.
Together with these training,we also have been trained ammonia production process including :Steam generation,methane craking in oven,low temperature shift reaction, Benfield purification, ammonia synthesis reaction,and process control.
Other basic subjets are piping,rotating equipments(turbines,compressors,pumps),reactors,
We had been trained by MW Kellogg Corp. In two years.
In the half of 1996, I past to an organisation,B Plas-plastic Omnium in automotive ındustry.By joint-venture of Plastic Omnium especially gained many experiences on painting process together with construction on new facilities in Bursa as production responsibble. I have done some negotiations and get productivities.Some examples are : 1-Changing of ABS painting process as single-stage painting process , 2-Increasing conveyor-speed to get capacity, 3-Reducing paint-consumption as training operators ,4-Getting productivity as following a KAIZEN method.
At the same-time attanded to training on safety, operations,painting in France.
We had reconstruct two plants in Bursa ,first one is to transfer a bumper painting plant to Bursa from France,second –one is relocate another plant on a different area in Bursa.
I like construct any facility,follow the montage,precommissioning,start up and operate...
