1. Transferred the tasks mentioned in points numbers 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Planning and Logistics job mentioned below to the tasks of the Commercial Management.
2. Moved the responsibilities of the Procurement and Purchasing Specialist to the Commercial Management.
3. Managing the sourcing strategy development, requirements gathering, request for proposal, supplier selection, and contract negotiation components of the sourcing process for all sized sourcing engagements. Provide input on commodity profile information (spend and opportunity assessment data, current ordering processes, product changes, current supplier performance, etc.).
4. Overseeing the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner.
