I`m a Spanish girl (23 years old).
As you can see in my CV all my professional career was focused to the public and always in a direct deal with the customers, offering information, helping them or just dealing with problems or inconvenients that you get on a sudden. Previously I`ve been working as a travel agent, check-in agent and supervisor of the customer service area in the airport of Valencia (Spain) and recently I moved to London, where I`m working in a hotel as a Receptionist.
