I am twenty-eight years of age, not yet married and enjoy a very good health. I was educated at the Brawijaya University, Malang, Indonesia from 1999 – 2003. In the year of 2004 I have followed the Basic Reservation & Auxiliary Services Course at PT Abacus Distribution System Indonesia at Jakarta. Since March 2004 until 2007 I work at PT. JAS Silver station Surabaya as a staff of operation. And 2007 until now I`m working as Ground Handling Manager at Muassasah Aishah ( Company providing Land Arranggement for Indonesian Islamic Pilgrim Umrah & Hajj ) in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.

- ground handling manager
A ground Handling Company for Indonesian Muslim People of Umrah & Hajj Pilgrim placed in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.. My main job is arranging hotels in Jeddah, Makkah & Madinah for the guest and transportation arrangement such as a car, mini bus or a big VIP bus starting from their first journey in Saudi Arabia ( Jeddah Airport – Makkah Hotel – Madinah Hotel – Jeddah Hotel – Airport Jeddah ).
2. PT.JASA angkasa semesta ( 2004 – 2007 )
A major Airport Ground Handling placed in Surabaya, Indonesia. Serving several well known Airlines such as cathay pacific, singapore airlines, eva air, saudi airlines, silk air, valuair, etc.

Performing ticket and passport ( for International Flight ) check at Check In counter by retrieving their flight book and transfer it to the departure flight system so that we can replace it with Boarding Pass Coupon for their valid administration to enter the aircraft. Helping the passengers who lost their bags at the arrival terminal. Starting from identifing the passenger bag type then issuing the …….Form. Inputing all the information from the ……form to the World Bag Tracer System to search the position of the bag. Request the match bag from the system to be send over and arrange the delivery of the bag to the passenger’s home.

Responsible for arranging the proper time request to gain the best Turn Around of a flight such as gathering information from the AMC ( Aircraft Movement Control ) about which parking stand for the up coming flight so can be pass over to the other parties ( GSE, Avio Bridge Staff, Refueling Truck, Catering Truck etc ) to be prepare their Equipment around the parking stand. After the Aircraft on block and shut down the engines, inform the in flight crew when is safe to open the passenger door. After the disembarking passengers give order to commence the interior cleaning and inform the gate staff to be ready for embarking passenger to the aircraft. Make sure that the check in desk is already close and there is no more last minute change. Apply boarding after last aircraft interior gets off and the in flight crew give permission of boarding. Make sure all passengers on board and flight administration hand it over to the in flight crew, final check to all parties that every thing are clear and good to go before the door closed.

Responsible of managing the load weight and balance of the aircraft before departure. Always coordinate with cargo and check in desk department to arrange where to put the cargo and passenger in the aircraft. Input all the data to the aircraft load sheet form and calculate it to get the information of Central Gravity ( CG ) & Mean Aerodynamic Chord ( MAC ). After finish of calculating the load sheet form, to be hand over to the Pilot In Command ( PIC ) so that he can input the information to the Aircraft system before departure.
