Responsibilities:
-Project management -technical department management (6 engineers)
-Machine-tool repair, maintenance and overhaul management (29 technicians).
-Technical support for machine tool repair, maintenance (Lathes: Hyunday, Mazak; Milling machines: maho 700, maho 1000, maho mc50, kuhlman, viessner, agma-vmc229) and overhaul, for over 2000 machines (CNC parameterization and diagnosis, mechanically, electrically, hydraulically, pneumatically, ballbar optimization).
-Maintenance planning: work flow, exchange pieces planning.
-Cost planning: human and material cost optimization.
-Marketing: repair and overhaul opportunities.
Achievements:
-Maintaining and developing repair and overhaul capabilities.
-Since 2001 we begun to make CNC and PLC machine tool overhaul. Since now I made 7 machines overhaul (PLC software) with PLC&OP (4 lathes DRT30, one grinding machine RPO320, one plastic injection machine MIP100 with Hitachi Plc and one guide ways grinding machine SFBZ1200 with Siemens Plc and OP) and 7 machines (PLC software and parametrization) with CNC (vertical milling machine BKOZ 900 with FANUC 18i controller, 6 horizontal lathes EEN400 and EEN320 with Siemens 802d/simodrive controller, one 3 1/2 milling machine Heller BEA1 with: Siemens 840D/Simodrive controller, 40 tools chain magazine, ShopMill and Tool Management).
-DRT30 and MIP100 machines have been made for Mecanica Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt company and SFBZ 1200 for Kombasan Birlad company.
