I’m 37 years old. I have worked within SAS Ground Operations and Menzies Aviation at CPH Airport from 1996 to 2008. I have the General Certificate of Education A-level and a commenced Bachelor degree in law. I have lived in Kenya and Spain throughout my life and therefore I speak and write fluent English and Spanish. Besides I speak and understand German, Italian and Portuguese at a reasonable level. Least but not last I speak three Scandinavian languages Danish, Swedish and Norwegian.
Currently I’m under contract closure from my former employer Menzies Aviation CPH. I was Duty Manager on all ramp and HR relations at CPH Airport. Throughout this job I had an extensible responsibility for all kinds of Logistic and IT related Operations. In addition I have an advanced level of computer knowledge concerning IT systems such as Amadeus, Resaid, Palco, Barco and Aros. Besides I’m skilled in most MS and Adobe products.
With regards to my personal qualifications I believe that I’m very well suited for any position as Manager/Sales Person/Supervisor. First of all, I’m as mentioned used to ad hoc decision making and I’m used to the high level of stress one has to withstand when working with tight time schedules. In addition to this, I need to mention that throughout the last 8 years I have worked pure 12 hour shifts. I currently hold the following levels of air traffic and logistic qualifications: Inventory tracing, License for Basic Vehicles, License for Special Vehicles (FMC-Loaders, etc.), Job Instructor License for all types of vehicles and Ramp operations, Wide Body Palco License on all Aircraft types, Frequent daily use of license for Amadeus and Resaid IT systems, Management of staff and all aircraft related operations. Plus IT resource planning for 120 staff members.
My motivation for uploading this CV is based upon the wish of using my language-, mercantile- and IT skills in an internationally broader and more mercantile related perspective than in my former position at SAS and Menzies Aviation. A motivation should be based upon something tangible and in my case it is my daily routines and the empiric state of these which is the source of my application. I’m quite convinced that the key to the profile as Manager/Sales Person/Supervisor is a high degree of IT-, HR-, Language- and Communications skills and the ability to indentify oneself with ones surroundings. I’m highly dedicated, loyal and never afraid to take on new and very complex challenges. |
