Hello,
I am currently working in Montreal as the Director of International Business Development & Operations for the largest Canadian retailer, Group Dynamite Inc., taking care of launching and managing all new international markets, under franchise agreements or fully owned structures.
I decided, not long ago, after reviewing the expansion plan of the group, to start looking at other opportunities that may be available and that could offer bigger challenges.
I lived in the US for almost 10 years, went back to Europe for 5 years and was asked to start the international development at Groupe Dynamite.
Doing so I got the opportunity to visit some places in the Middle East on several occasions and found myself thrilled about the idea I could work again with people who, among other things, have a great sense of business, priorities, and speed to market.
I like challenges, I like sharing cultures with people, experiences and would be thrilled if I were able to do that for a dynamic, global company in a fast growing and fascinating markets.

• Launch of first international operation in the United States of America (fully owned market)
- Market study : Competition, demographics, economical analysis to identify best geographical potential locations
- Identify internal needs, re-organization, coordination, processes set-up and implementation for all administrative functions at Head Office (IT, Finance, HR, Logistics, Marketing) in order to open the US market
- Relations with landlords: Review and validation of proposed locations
