Regularly evaluated flavors and spices dairy ingredients. Sensory flavors profile evaluation. Prepared appropriate documentation for batch formulas, manufacturing procedures, and finished product specifications. Assisted in conducting plant trials, which included providing technical assistance to plant personnel and quality control. Conducted shelf life studies and assisted with taste panels. Worked closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Sensory, Supply Chain and Co-Packer facilities to ensure smooth launch of products. Calibrated, maintained and sanitized laboratory equipment to ensure proper working order. |
