Present Position : Assistant Manager (Planning)
1. Since 08.09.07 Working as Assistant Manager ( Planning) in M/s. Maytas Infra Ltd, Pondicherry Tindivanam Road Project (273.62 Crores), Pondicherry.
Completed Task: - Planning, scheduling of Project. I am involving from the starting of the project. The project implementation plan was prepared (Detailed case flow budget, controlled budget, requirement of sub-contractor, requirement of machinery.
Responsibilities: Making monthly / updated Programme (Once in a three month- MS Project) and monitoring of day-to-day activities. Preparing monthly budget, cost tracking, assisting project manager in the area of sub-contractor selection, rate analysis for sub-contractor,
Co-ordination with sector in charge for day to day Programme/progress of works. Co-ordination with store, mechanical, quality control and Head office for day to day logistic support for the project, attending review meeting with consultant and client. Co-ordination with consultant for formal approval of drawings, design and construction methodologies of all activities.
2. From 01.12.05 to 07.09.07 Worked as Planning Engineer ( Executive) in M/s. Maytas Infra Limited, Six Lanning of Outer Ring Road Connecting Mysore and Magadi Road, Bangalore, Karnataka.
