More than 5years experience in Hydrocarbon projects (OMAN & INDIA) execution of Piping and Pipeline.
Also I am having wide exposure in the following activities:
ľ Experience in execution (fabrication, erection, testing) of A/G & U/G PIPING and PIPELINE of hydrocarbon projects.
ƒæ Review of GAD¡¦s with respect to P&ID, Isometric drawing with MTO, Piping support drawings, Equipment layout development.
ľ Conversant with all relevant codes, standards and specifications like API, ASME and ANSI.
ľ Identification of all piping materials .
ľ Preparation of weld map and marking for spool fabrication.
ľ Planning, Scheduling and Managing site construction activities.
ľ Preparation of Hydro- test loops, Hydro testing scheme, flushing & leak test procedure.
ľ As Built documentation and Reconciliation of materials.
ľ Familiar with Quality, Safety & Statutes applicable for the site work.
ľ Good relation & co-ordination with Client and Contractors team for smooth execution.
