i. Estimation & Quantity Surveying for all the quantities and getting approved from the Head.
ii. Rate analysis for all types of works.
iii. Cost Tracking on a daily Basis and comparing the same with the Estimated Cost.
iii. Man Power and Material Planning
iv. Scheduling for Activities and Tracking the same on daily basis
v. Contractor Billing checking.
vi. Preparation of Master Quantity for All Activities.
vii. Material Procuring with the Lead time for the day to day activities at site.
vii. Reporting the Discrepancies in Cost and Time to Project Heads and Providing suggestions for Corrective Action.
viii. Cash Flow Planning and Tracking.
