    I graduated from the LANCHESTER polytechnic for Management & business engineering Sciences in 1979, majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS).

    Profile: Highly developed Project Management and Project Services skills combined with considerable project experience for the Engineering and Construction industry. Well versed in all aspects of project controls. Well developed skills in communication, strategic planning for projects and business management functions. Broad experience in both home office and construction environments. Other well developed skills are:

    Responsible for all project coordination activities and contract administration functions of contracts associated with execution of the Development Project. Responsibilities included the development of tender packages major contracts. Also responsible for reporting processes and project rollups and review/approval of contractor invoices. Subcontract administration and project cost and schedule reporting. Also responsible for preparing and presenting various client and company management presentations outlining the status and projections for the project.     Proficiencies: Proficient in various software systems, MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Experience with, Access and various other software.

    Responsible for the technical installation and shop drawings execution, in charge of all project coordination activities and contract administration functions of contracts associated with execution of the Development Project. Responsibilities included the development of tender packages major contracts. Appointed as technical manager under the Hilton management.

    • Bachelor of Management Sciences, business engineering Systems, Lanchester Polytechnic In ENGLAND, Graduated June 1979, Good grade.
